Beautiful Mistakes
Workshop
Saturday, March 30th, 2-4 pm
NARS is pleased to have artist Sara Galkin, to lead the Beautiful Mitakes Workshop on Saturday, March 30th, 2-4 pm. The workshop will take place at P.S. 1 The Bergen School 309 47th St, Brooklyn, NY, 11220.
In this workshop, children and families are encouraged to stay connected to themselves throughout their personal creative process. Students will practice with embracing the unexpected and flowing with the process while not knowing what is going to happen next. We will work with found materials and will be encouraged and supported to make mistakes and think about the total process rather than the end results.
Being a human being is all about making "beautiful mistakes". Often our best work comes from our beautiful mistakes that lead to our best discoveries.
