P2P Review

Saturday, November 11 7 PM @ Present Company, Bushwick
In collaboration with Finnish Cultural Institute in New York and Residency Unlimited

We are excited to invite you to the inaugural session of P2P Review, a new collaborative event series featuring artists from different residency programs in New York. Hosted at rotating venues, the quarterly events will be co-curated by a changing roster of artist residency program coordinators based in New York.

The first P2P Review, taking place on Saturday, November 11 at 7.00 PM at Present Company in Bushwick, is a screening that showcases video works by six artists from the residency programs of the Finnish Cultural Institute in New York, NARS Foundation and Residency Unlimited. The featured artists are Liinu Grönlund (FCINY), Raakel Kuukka (FCINY), Ololade Adeniyi (NARS), Rachel Garber Cole (NARS), Andras Blazsek (RU), and Eva Davidova (RU).

Drinks will be offered, as well as free admission to the event.

The idea of these informal gatherings grew out of the desire by our international resident artists who work with time based media to get to know the films and videos of their peers and to showcase their own.

More information about the artists and the screening program will be posted on the event page throughout the week.

Welcome!
